Thirty-five years have passed quickly, and now our class reunion will be here soon! Come back September 20 & 21 for a Homecoming and Reunion Weekend that is going to be bigger and better than ever before! Our main class party will be on Friday night, but be sure to make plans to be in town Friday afternoon for a campus-wide Party So Dear, (a celebration featuring The Temptations under the big tent on Mag Quad). After enjoying Party So Dear, we’ll stay on campus, but head to our class party on the back patio of the beautiful new Haddock Golf House while enjoying a delicious spread of Southern and local Winston-Salem favorites. In addition to the southern-style menu, an open beer and wine bar featuring local craft beer will be available throughout the evening. The entire weekend is casual attire or whatever makes you feel fun and festive!
On Saturday, enjoy the Festival on the Quad, campus tours, the tailgate, and the WFU/Elon football game. More exciting plans for the weekend are being finalized, so check back for updates.
We’ve surpassed our $410,000 class goal for reunion-year gifts to The Wake Forest Fund but can use your help to reach our participation goal. We are almost there!! If you haven’t made your gift yet, please do soon! The campaign started July 1, 2018, and will continue through Homecoming Weekend.
We hope you’ll make plans to join us for a memorable weekend! Registration closes on September 12 at 9AM ET so contact your friends, register for our class party, make your travel/hotel reservations, and get ready for a great weekend. We’ll see you on September 20 & 21!
