Tailgate and Football FAQs
Why do I need to register online?
Register online (beginning August 20) to let your classmates know that you are coming. Everyone who registers will have their name appear on the “Who’s Coming Back” list.
In addition to letting your classmates know, the Office of Alumni Engagement needs to be able to plan accordingly for all the events that take place over Homecoming and Reunion Weekend. Without an accurate count of how many alumni are planning to attend the events, we cannot ensure the experience we hope to deliver.
How do I edit my registration information?
All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. If any additions need to be made, please contact the Office of Alumni Engagement at 800-752-8568.
Is there a cancellation policy?
There will be no refunds. All sales are final.
Should I bring my children to my reunion party?
Probably not. Reunion parties are a time for classmates to relax, catch-up with one another and are not geared toward children. Saturday is a great time for families but can be a long day for young children, so a good night’s sleep on Friday is important. The following childcare providers offer services in Winston Salem.
What do I wear to my reunion?
While there is no dress code of what to wear for your reunion party, we find most parties are casual or whatever makes you feel fun and festive unless otherwise noted on your class page. You can refer to photos from Homecoming and Reunion Weekend 2017 for some ideas.
Where do I pick up my reunion party tickets?
You can pick up your reunion party tickets at the Homecoming Welcome Center. The Homecoming Welcome Center will be located in the Green Room of Reynolda Hall and will be open from 9 am – 7:30 pm on Friday, November 2. If you are unable to visit the Welcome Center before your class party, you are welcome to go straight to your party and we will have a list of registrants at the door.

How can I find contact information for my friends and classmates?
Wake Forest has the WakeNetwork to help you find alumni. Go to http://wakenetwork.wfu.edu to sign up or log in. Accounts are free, and once you have one set up, you can search for any graduate or friend of Wake Forest. You can search by maiden name, married name, city, state, or class year. Seek out some of your classmates, send them an email, or give them a call to make plans to attend your reunion together!
I plan on bringing my kids with me to Homecoming and Reunion Weekend. Are there any activities for children?
Absolutely! Festival on the Quad will be held on Saturday, November 3. Bring your children to enjoy fun activities and reconnect with classmates and their families. The Quad will be filled with food, music, face painters and games for the whole family. Bring your banjo and join The Unbroken Circle’s bluegrass performance, stop by Winston hall for the family-friendly science show, enjoy breakfast in the Pit – just like old times.
Where can I park when visiting campus?
Parking on campus is very limited, especially for Friday night with 12 class events taking place on campus. As long as it does not rain, limited parking will be available on Davis Field throughout the weekend. On Friday, we will be offering complimentary shuttles from Lot A (off Long Street) across from Winston Salem First Church and behind the DKE House. Other shuttle routes may be added – visit homecoming.wfu.edu for updates. Additional on-campus parking will be available on a first come basis in Faculty/Staff lots Friday evening and Saturday for the Festival on the Quad.
